“If you want your staff to live and breathe the values and ideals that your brand stands for then you have to create an environment that reflects those brand values..

Building an office environment to reflect those brand values not only helps clients to understand what your purpose value benefit is to them when they come in to your office space, it also influences your staff in that space as well.”

This was the message from Dr Alex Gordon of Sign Salad, one of the speakers at Overbury’s Workplaces Worth Paying For seminar in London on April 24th 2013 held at Skyloft in Millbank Tower. Hear from each of the speakers on their take of the modern workplace and how its evolving.
